What this is
Buzzer is an automated pipeline that turns iconic basketball moments into original minimalist data-art posters: play-by-play data in, print-ready art out, with a human approving anything that goes on sale.
This studio is its public face. The Catalogue is generated by the real pipeline — real scoring rules, real renderer, real content firewall — over synthetic demonstration games. The Designer re-implements the same layout math in your browser so you can play with a moment and watch the poster respond.
The rule that makes it legal
Nothing here may carry a team name, player name, logo, or arena — those belong to other people. What is free to use are facts: scores, dates, clock times, city names, shot distances and coordinates. Every word that can appear on a poster is checked against a hand-curated allowlist; unknown words fail the render. That rule is enforced in code, in tests, and in CI — including on the posters this very page renders.
Demonstration data. No affiliation with, or endorsement by, any basketball league, team, or player. Source: github.com/Specifxx/Buzzer
